Our bikes and equipment.

Here our bikes are ready, below you can see the photos

We chose TX 400 bikes from the “Fahrrad” brand. This is a German brand that is relatively well-known in the world of touring cyclists. The frames are made of steel, which facilitates possible repairs while traveling.
JeanClaude’s bike is equipped with Time brand automatic pedals. Agnès’s is equipped with normal pedals without cleats.
Do Ortlieb brand panniers equip both bikes? We chose flashy colors to be seen clearly, yellow and red. There are 5 bags for Agnès and 6 for mine.
Each bike is equipped with a USB socket which allows us to recharge the various devices we carry (GPS, telephones, cameras)

They are equipped with mirrors, a very essential accessory for traveling.
